This week we will be helping the garden/farming class. The garden/farming class is catching up in the garden by weeding three months' worth of weeds. On Sunday night we had a predator attack one of our new roosters and killed it. The rooster was in what we call the bachelor pad with another new rooster. The preditor appears to have gotten into the cage through an opening between the door and cage top.
The class also worked on installing a larger sink in the garden kitchen, installed a new wood pallet compost bin, removed two sections of seating around the tree, installed a new wood pallet door to the farm, and started work on placing roosting 2 x 4's on the existing 8 bin hen boxes.
The class also began researching bathroom sizes for tiny homes... The class looked at RV restrooms and tiny home restrooms online.
