This week we picked up work from where the 2020/2021 class ended on the exterior of the Tiny Home. The students attached some 1 x 4 pallet would to the area by the front door. Unfortunately, we ran out of materials within the two periods of classes working on the home. We collected pallets from the farm and began tearing them apart. We removed the nails and will be cutting the wood into sizes that we will need to add to the Tiny Home
Today students in Period 5 class made some repairs to the tiny Home.

The fire last night jumped Christmas Valley. At this time it seems all of the homes in Christmas Valley have been spared. The fire is now continuing towards Heavenly Valley and is on track to swarm that area tomorrow. The weather we hope will change this beginning tomorrow.
Today we continued the review of the classroom procedures and visited the use of hammers. The students were required to hammer 3 different size nails. We had a small competition as part of the activities. In both classes, we have students with good eye-hand coordination.
